Energy efficient and long lasting LED lighting is used exclusively throughout, inside and out. Our high quality construction combined with low VOC materials and finishes and continuous fresh air exchange to each apartment guarantees superior year-round indoor air quality. Hard surface flooring is used in most rooms to minimize dust and allergens. To assure your comfort, each apartment unit is EnergyStar and EPA Indoor Airplus certified.
