Unlike most apartment complexes that bring in big, faceless, fee-based management companies to manage their properties, netZero Village is owner-managed by Bruns Realty Group, LLC. As owners, we are uniquely familiar with our properties and we have a vested interest to provide the best level of service possible. Concerns and issues are addressed quickly because we are the owners; no need to ask “permission” to get things done.

Bruns Realty Group is a small company with the big mission of providing the best customer experience possible. We are interested in building a relationship with our customers and to show our customers that they are much more than a rent check or an apartment number. Our loyalty is to our customers, and we’ll do all we can to make sure they have an outstanding experience with us.

We are always looking to leverage technology to improve the customer experience and decrease our impact on the environment. One recent convenience that we have put in place is our Resident Portal. The Resident Portal allows residents to pay rent, track your rental account and make maintenance requests when and where you want, 24/7, from your computer or smart phone.

Bruns Realty Group was founded with the intent to become the best-in-class property management company. Unlike a typical management company who might rotate staff, you will see the same familiar, trusted, friendly faces on our properties, day-in, day-out.

Meet Our Team

David Bruns

General Manager/Owner

As General Manager and owner of Bruns Realty, LLC, Dave is busy setting the vision for the company and helping lead our team of dedicated professionals. Dave is a hands-on owner and you’ll most likely catch him out inspecting properties, helping a team member, or plowing snow in the winter. Dave has built the company from the ground-up over a period of 25 years and he has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance and management. Prior to running Bruns Realty full time, Dave pursued a career as an electrical engineer at General Electric. Dave lives in Troy with has wife Sandra and their Boston terrier and six cats.

JoAnn Sifo

Property Manager

As Property Manager, JoAnn is dedicated to doing what it takes to ensure each and every customer has an outstanding experience in his or her home. This runs the gamut of making sure that all repair and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently as well as ensuring the move-in and move-out process goes as smoothly as possible. JoAnn just loves the variety and challenge of her job and interacting with customers and the team. Prior to joining Bruns Realty, JoAnn owed and managed a restaurant in downtown Schenectady. In her spare time JoAnn pursues her passion for bluegrass music through her band, the Dyer Switch Band.

Nancy Parker-Wilson
(a.k.a Parker)

Leasing Agent/Bookkeeper

As a people person, Parker is a natural as our Leasing Agent. She’s great at making prospective customers feel comfortable in exploring the many different apartment homes that Bruns Realty Group has to offer. Parker just loves her job of meeting future customers and it shows from her bubbly personality. Parker is a huge Perry Mason enthusiast as well as a raving New England Patriot fan. She enjoys spoiling her cantankerous cat, Bart.

Matt Wilson

Repair Technician

Matt is dedicated to apartment repair and maintenance. Matt is naturally goal driven and his focus is to get the job done correctly and on time. Customer satisfaction is his passion and with his generous personality he’s always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Prior to joining Bruns Realty Group, Matthew was a union carpenter. Matt takes great joy in raising his two sons, Malachi and Barabus.

Kim Williams

Apartment Turnover Specialist

Kim has the very challenging job of getting apartments ready for new residents. This task involves intensive cleaning and painting on a very tight schedule. Kim is very detail-oriented and takes great pride in her work. As a result she excels at the job, producing sparkling clean and freshly painted apartments each and every time for our new residents. Despite the pressures of the job, Kim always has a smile on her face.
